Thus, you have instant information about the production and reproduction condition of your herd from a single image. This image clearly demonstrates a number of information. The date of TODAY is positioned at the bottom of the table.

DAY TO DAY

The producer must observe the following points:
“green” cows close to the date TODAY: they are close to calving and should be placed in maternity paddocks until calving.
“blue” cows close to 60 days before calving: schedule drying so that the cow can rest for two months. A shorter period of rest harms the next lactation.
“Red” cows after 30 days postpartum (TODAY): should be observed carefully and submitted to reproductive evaluation to return to estrus quickly (rectal palpation performed by a trained veterinarian).
“yellow” cows after 21 days after mating or insemination: close attention to possible return to heat.
“yellow” cows after 40 days after mating/insemination: cows ready for pregnancy diagnosis. If not, register the event and it will go back to being “red” on the date of the previous delivery.

IMPORTANCE OF PERIODIC UPDATE

The following events should be periodically noted in the Roda da Produção application:
date of parturition, date of mating or insemination, palpation diagnosis (negative or positive), date of drying and abortion (no start of new lactation or start of new lactation).
